   search for reliable tenants, drafting of the lease agreement, installation of tenants, support for administrative procedures for you and your tenants, daily management of small and big problems, regular management of issues (maintenance, tenant’s inquiries…).
3. This service makes it possible to ensure a trust follow-up with your property, to travel in all serenity and to delegate some of the logistics and administrative procedures (energy-intensive).
